One of Seattle's best pizza places is closing because a Chicago real estate developer bought the building (for $10M) to make condos.

I've made no secret of the fact that there are literally 4 pizza places in Seattle* that I prefer over any pizza I've ever eaten in Chicago**. In 2 weeks, there will be 3.

* 1. Veraci / 2. Hot Mama's / 3. Piecora's / 4. Pagliacci

** That being said, Dante's and Piece are pretty solid.
