These PBS Blank on Blank videos are pretty great: taking a 5-minute snippet of a "lost" interview with some accomplished individual, and creating an animation to go with it. In addition to Mr. Sendak above, this Lou Reed one has been making the rounds. You could also do a lot worse than David Bowie, Elliott Smith, Janis Joplin, Tupac Shakur, Ray Charles. There's many, many others - not just musicians, btw.
