A documentary called Searching For Elliott Smith is coming. Having just seen Searching For Sugar Man a few days ago, this is good/bad timing. Elliott's story is so wrenchingly sad, while Rodriguez gives us a reason to be hopeful.

Meanwhile, I continue to regret having missed Chicago's sole screening of I Am Secretly An Important Man.
