stop drinking rockstar

Michael Savage is a vile bigot. His son is the founder and CEO of Rockstar. Savage's wife is the CFO. That should do it for you. There's plenty of silly energy drinks to enjoy, so drink those instead, okay?

Together, father and son founded the Paul Revere Society, which is an organization dedicated to keeping immigrants out of America. Savage thinks autism is made up. Savage stated that high school girls in San Francisco were helping to feed the homeless because they enjoyed the thrill of possibly being raped. He has singled out homosexuality as, in a word, bad. (That's an understatement.) A sample: "I don't like a woman married to a woman. It makes me want to puke...I want to vomit when I hear it."

Don't drink Rockstar.

His hate speech, protected by the Bill of Rights, reaches 8 million nutjobby bigoted people a day.

The craziest part of his story is that he used to work for Timothy Leary, and was once close friends with Alan Ginsberg and Lawrence Ferlinghetti. He has master's degrees in medical botany and medical anthropology, and has a PhD from UC Berkeley in nutritional ethnomedicine. He has written several books on these subjects under his real name, Michael Weiner.

He is fucking Darth Vader. He makes me sick. He's chosen the dark side for the sake of power and money. He's an extremist demagogue stoking wackos to hateful, divisive thoughts and actions. He does not want to get along. He wants to destroy the people he doesn't agree with.

So: Don't. Drink. Rockstar.
